Swan Transport run essential journeys with our volunteer drivers. We are now able to support anyone who is older / frail or disabled (regardless of finances) who lives in the general area of Bath & North East Somerset. You will need to be able to get in or out of a rear car seat unassisted by the driver, although you can take someone with you to assist you.
